Try this natural scrub recipe:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br/&gt;2/3 cup sea salt&lt;br/&gt; 1/3 cup olive or almond oil&lt;br/&gt; 1 teaspoon lemon zest&lt;br/&gt; 10 drops lavender essential oil&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.&lt;/strong&gt; Combine ingredients in a glass jar. (If you prevent water from getting into the jar, the scrub will keep for up to 6 months.)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Gently scrub your whole body, giving extra attention to rough spots like heels, hands, and elbows. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Rinse off in the shower.&lt;/p&gt;
