Regular scrubs boost the look and color of the skin and stimulate the lymphatic system. Try this natural scrub recipe:
Ingredients:
2/3 cup sea salt
1/3 cup olive or almond oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
10 drops lavender essential oil
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a glass jar. (If you prevent water from getting into the jar, the scrub will keep for up to 6 months.)
2. Gently scrub your whole body, giving extra attention to rough spots like heels, hands, and elbows.
3. Rinse off in the shower.
